Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 2024

1. Services

okapurich provides corporate, employment, and contract legal services. All services are subject to applicable Malaysian law and professional legal standards.

2. Client Relationship

Engagement requires a signed retainer agreement. Clients authorize okapurich to act as legal counsel and waive confidentiality only with express written consent.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees are as agreed in the retainer. Payment is due upon invoice. Late payment may incur interest at 8% per annum. Disputes regarding fees must be raised within 30 days.

4. Limitation of Liability

okapurich's liability is limited to fees paid. We disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, or lost profits damages arising from service provision.

5. Confidentiality

All communications are protected by attorney-client privilege. We maintain confidentiality except where required by law or court order.

6. Data Protection

Personal data is processed per GDPR and Malaysian data protection laws. We retain client information only as legally required and implement security measures to protect sensitive data.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with written notice. Upon termination, all files are returned; outstanding fees remain due.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
